Returns & Refunds Policy

At RASAVI, every order is carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure a premium delivery experience. As our products are fragile glassware items, we currently do not accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered successfully.

Returns Eligibility

Returns or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged during transit

  • Incorrect product received

Important Requirement For Damage Claims

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to transit damage, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video starting before opening the package

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the damaged item and packaging

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval due to the fragile nature of the products.

Reporting Timeline

Any damage, incorrect item, or missing item must be reported within:

24 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor bubbles or handmade glass variations

  • Improper handling after delivery

  • Used products

  • Orders damaged due to misuse

Refund & Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified by our team:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, OR

  • A refund may be processed to the original payment method

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

RASAVI reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above conditions.
